'The Good, The Bad, The Weird opens at the Mayan Theatre
South Korean director Kim Jee-woon's ("A Tale of Two Sisters") over-the-top western "The Good, The Bad, The Weird" opens at the Mayan Theatre on Friday, May 21.

 

Kellie Nishikida, Metro State win Central Region Sub-Regional Championships
Metro State softball won its the Central Region Sub-Regional Championships on May 16, defeating Minnesota State 6-0. Senior outfielder Kellie Nishikida went 5-for-11, batting .455 with 3 RBIs. The 'Runners will host Wayne State in a best-of-three series in the super regional this weekend.

 

 

'The Sound of a Voice' plays at the Paragon Theatre until June 5

Playwright David Henry Hwang's "The Sound of a Voice" will play at the Paragon Theatre on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. until June 5. Tickets are $17 for seniors and students, $21 for adults. The play stars local Asian-American actors Dale Li and Sheila Ivy Traister.
