Metro State's Kellie Nishikida named to second team All-RMAC
Speedy senior outfielder helps lead No. 5-ranked Roadrunners to 40-3 record

COLORADO SPRINGS – Metro State outfielder Kellie Nishikida was named to the 2010 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference all-conference second team.
The senior was one of seven players on the Roadrunners' squad honored by the RMAC. Nishikida hit .371 with six home runs and 37 RBIs, and was tied for the lead on the team with 15 stolen bases.
Nishikida was a second team Daktronics All-American and a first team All-RMAC selection in 2009.
Metro State has a record of 40-3, with a 37-2 record in the RMAC. Metro will next play Nebraska-Kearney (15-28, 14-19) in the RMAC conference tournament on May 6.
