$20,000 reward offered for info in Aurora apartment manager's death

AURORA – A reward of $20,000 has been offered for information in the fatal stabbing of 45-year-old Lyndsay Pham, co-owner and manager of Descanso Plaza Apartments.


According to Aurora police, Pham, of Centennial, was found critically injured by police and fire-rescue personnel with multiple stab wounds on the morning of March 3 in her office at 11102 E. 16th Ave. She died shortly after being transported to the hospital.


Aurora Police initially offered a reward of $5,000 for information in the case. On March 5, Pham's friends and family added an additional $15,000, bringing the total to $20,000.
